2026 PBCGA Season of Events
The Palm Beach Golf Association (PBCGA) is thrilled to announce the launch of our 2026 season—marking an incredible 50+ years of delivering premier amateur golf events across South Florida! Since our founding in 1976, the PBCGA has been a cornerstone for competitive amateur golf, fostering community, skill development, and lifelong friendships among players of all ages and abilities.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to promoting the game we love, we're gearing up for another exciting calendar of approximately 20 tournaments. Whether you're chasing titles, points in our prestigious Player of the Year race, or simply enjoying high-quality competition on world-class courses, 2026 promises unforgettable experiences.
Highlighted Tournaments for 2026
Our season features a diverse lineup of events designed to test every aspect of your game. Here are five standout tournaments to circle on your calendar:
- 51st Palm Beach Kennel Club County Amateur – Our flagship championship, this premier stroke-play event crowns the top amateur in the region and draws elite fields every year.
- Senior Amateur Championship – A 36-hole showcase for players 50+, divided into competitive age divisions with deep fields and intense battles.
- "Pricey" Par 3 Championship – The fun kickoff to the season, this laid back par-3 event brings energy, strategy, and plenty of laughs right from the start.
- Amateur Four-Ball Championship – Team up with a partner for this stroke-play favorite, blending camaraderie with high-stakes competition.
- Two-Man Scramble – A relaxed yet competitive format perfect for building partnerships and enjoying the game with friends.

2026 Player of the Year Points Race
The PBCGA Player of the Year honors remain the ultimate season-long pursuit. Points are awarded based on finishes across all qualifying events, recognizing consistent excellence in amateur golf.
