Body Contrology Lab Joins PBCGA as Official Partner
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL — The Palm Beach Golf Association is proud to announce a new partnership with Body Contrology Lab, a Classical Pilates studio in Jupiter, Florida owned and operated by Kerlly Castellano Crespo. Through the partnership, PBCGA members are invited to schedule a complimentary 30-Minute Rotation Assessment for Golfers — a one-on-one physical evaluation designed to identify the mobility and stability limitations that most affect a golf swing.
What Is Classical Pilates — and Why Should Golfers Care?
Classical Pilates is Joseph Pilates' original method — a controlled body conditioning system built around a single principle: a strong, stable core is the foundation of every athletic movement. Body Contrology Lab is one of the only studios in Jupiter teaching the authentic method exclusively, on original Gratz apparatus, in private, one-on-one sessions. That same foundation — rotational strength, spinal stability, and hip mobility — is also the physical blueprint behind a repeatable golf swing.
Common Physical Limiters
- Thoracic spine restriction — limits shoulder turn
- Hip mobility deficit — reduces power at impact
- Core instability — creates inconsistency under pressure
What Your Assessment Includes
- Full evaluation of posture, hip mobility & thoracic rotation
- Identification of your specific physical limiters
- A personalized written summary to share with your coach
