The 45th Amateur Four Ball Championship heads to a new stage this fall, as two-person teams from across South Florida descend on Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club — a Distinguished Club tucked along two miles of St. Lucie River waterfront in Palm City — for three days of team golf on the Golden Marsh Course, Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27. Presented once again by CTS3Solutions, the event is the PBCGA’s marquee team championship — 54 holes across three formats, three divisions, and three sets of defending champions all looking to go back-to-back.

Three Days, Three Formats
Four Ball tests every side of a team’s game by changing the format each round — Scramble, then Modified Alternate Shot (Chapman/Pinehurst), then Better Ball to close it out.

Eligibility & Entry
The Amateur Four Ball is open to PBCGA Future Members, Junior Members, and Members who hold amateur status and carry a Florida address, competing as two-person teams across the Open, Senior (50–59), and Super Senior (60+) divisions. The field is capped at 36 teams, with spots still available.
Team entry runs $600 for Member teams and $725 for Non-Member teams. Registration opened June 8, 2026, and the entry deadline is Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:01 PM ET.
Defending Champions
Open Division: Robbie Wight and Conor Richardson, both of West Palm Beach, ran away with the 2025 title on a 16-under-par 200 (64-68-68), holding off Mitchell Nolan and Jared Stanton by two strokes despite the challengers’ tournament-low 61 in the opening round.
Senior Division: Stephen Anderson of Hobe Sound and Pete Williams of Juno Beach matched that same 16-under 200 (62-72-66) to take the 2025 Senior crown, edging Mike Nealy and Mike Weeks by a single stroke behind a late surge that included a first-round eagle on the par-5 12th.
Super Senior Division: Andrew Hobbs of Tequesta and Jerry Pellegrino of North Palm Beach successfully defended their 2024 title in 2025, going back-to-back at 6-under 210 (67-70-73) to hold off John Sanford and Chris Cochran by one shot — and they’ll look to make it three straight this September.

Host Course Spotlight
Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club is one of the Treasure Coast’s premier private clubs, recognized as a Distinguished Club by the Association of International Clubs and set along two miles of St. Lucie River waterfront with a protected 98-slip marina, resort-style pool and aquatic center, tennis, a full wellness complex, and a 20-acre nature preserve teeming with wildlife — an exciting life, as the club puts it, nestled in nature.
Golf here means two championship courses: the Golden Marsh layout hosting this year’s Four Ball, and the Pete & P.B. Dye-designed River Ridge course next door. Golden Marsh was originally designed by Joe Lee in 1984 and reopened in November 2018 after a ground-up renovation by Bobby Weed Golf Design that rebuilt every green complex and traded maintained turf for natural pine straw, coquina shell, and native landscaping, threading the layout through mature pine flatwoods, lagoons, and that same wetland preserve — a genuinely scenic, championship-caliber stage for this year’s teams.
About the PBCGA
Since its inception in 1976, the Palm Beach Golf Association has been a cornerstone for the many excellent golfers residing in Palm Beach County and beyond. Each season, the PBCGA conducts approximately 20 championships while promoting amateur golf throughout South Florida. As a 501(c)(3) organization, PBCGA is committed to providing college scholarships while supporting the growth and development of deserving and worthy Florida students — currently 25 students are receiving tuition scholarships thanks to member and sponsor support.
