Since 1976, the Palm Beach Golf Association has been bringing South Florida's amateur golfers together for memorable competition and camaraderie. As we launch our 51st season of premier events in 2026, there's no better way to start than with the fan-favorite “Pricey” Par 3 Championship—our annual celebration of fun, strategy, and great shots on a pure par-3 layout!
Sponsored once again by World Golf Hall of Famer Nick Price, this event delivers the perfect blend of relaxation and friendly rivalry. Jupiter Dunes' renowned par-3 course replicates those crucial approach shots you'd face on any championship layout—testing your precision, creativity, and short game under tournament pressure.
Why Play the “Pricey”?

• It's the ultimate season opener: Laughs, friendly competition, and a chance to shake off the winter rust.
• Four-Ball format keeps it social—team up with a partner and enjoy the lowest score counting on each hole.
• Open to all ages and abilities: Amateurs and professionals welcome!
• Prizes, bragging rights, and the thrill of closest-to-the-pin challenges.

• Format: 18-hole Four-Ball Stroke Play (two-person teams; lower score per hole counts). No penalty if one partner doesn't complete a hole.
• Division: One open division—no age splits, just pure competition.
• Purse: $1,000 total value, with payouts to the top 3 teams plus four closest-to-the-hole contests.
• Optional Add-On: Onsite Team Skins Game – just $20 per team for extra excitement!
